Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
First upload a new image in $OA_MEDIA directory
To find $OA_Media Directory go to About This page and click On "Java System Properties" Tab and Search OA_Media and you get path. Put Your logo into the same path
A. Log into (N) System Administrator > Profile > System
B. Query the "Corporate Branding Image for Oracle Applications" profile
C. Type "Custom_Log.jpg" (custom logo) under the Site column
D. Save
E. Log out and log back into the application
